Past Projects

Over the years, the organization has successfully implemented multiple development initiatives across various regions of Jharkhand, focusing on tribal empowerment, livelihood enhancement, natural resource management, and health and nutrition outcomes. Some of the key past projects include:

• Jharkhand Tribal Development Program (SCA to TSP): Implemented in 10 villages of Kuchai Block, Seraikela-Kharsawan.

• Integrated Development through Empowerment: Strengthened 11 grassroots NGOs across East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, and Seraikela-Kharsawan.

• Micro Lift Irrigation Project: Reached 26 villages in Jagannathpur and Noamundi Blocks to improve irrigation access.

• Rangini Lac Rearing: Supported lac cultivation in 12 villages of Noamundi and Tonto Blocks.

• Horticulture Development: Benefited 10 villages in Jagannathpur and Khuntpani Blocks.

• Sam Vikas Yojna: Focused on community-led rural development.

• Dalma Watershed Project: Conducted in 3 villages of Chandil Block, Seraikela-Kharsawan.

• Integrated District-Level Planning: Developed plans for Giridih, Koderma, Dhanbad, and Seraikela districts with NIRD guidance.

• PRASAR (Right-Based Approach Program): Enabled community participation for self-reliance.

• PEARL Project: Enhanced livelihood rights in 15 villages of Bandgaon Block, West Singhbhum.

• Integrated Village Planning: Implemented in 55 villages of Mosaboni Block and 283 villages of Potka Block, East Singhbhum.

• Land & Resource Management Initiative: Executed in 3 villages of Chakradharpur Block, West Singhbhum.

• Chayan – Integrated Nutrition & Health Program: Covered Ichagarh, Kuchai, and Seraikela Blocks in Seraikela-Kharsawan.

• Community-Based Monitoring on Nutrition: Conducted in 15 villages of Tonto Block.

• Sahiyaa Program: Strengthened community health support systems.

• Regional Initiative for Adolescent Sexual & Reproductive Health (RIASHA): Implemented in 22 villages of Potka Block, East Singhbhum.
