  • The Nurturing Life Initiative is a health and welfare program designed to improve maternal, newborn, and child health in 16 villages across three panchayats in the Tonto Block of West Singhbhum district.

Key Objectives:

  1. Enhance Health Outcomes: Improve the survival, growth, and development of mothers, infants, and young children by ensuring access to quality health services.
  2. Strengthen Health Systems: Focus on strengthening community-based health systems, including Village Health Nutrition Days (VHNDs) and routine immunization programs.
  3. Combat Malnutrition: Address the root causes of malnutrition among children and mothers through education and nutritional support.
  4. Promote Maternal and Child Health Awareness: Provide targeted awareness programs to improve maternal care practices and child-rearing practices.

 

  • The Adolescents Have a Healthy Environment to Develop Themselves project focuses on creating a supportive and empowering atmosphere for adolescents to thrive and realize their potential. Operating in Khuntpani, Amda, and Sini Centers within the Saraikela Kharsawan and West Singhbhum districts, this initiative addresses the physical, mental, and social development of young individuals.

 

 

  • Project: GGF Creation of Livelihood Opportunities through Agriculture, Livestock & Forest

Project Area: 10 villages of Chakradharpur Block, West Singhbhum District

This initiative aims to create sustainable livelihood opportunities by leveraging the natural resources available in agriculture, livestock, and forestry. The project focuses on improving income generation, promoting ecological balance, and enhancing the living standards of rural communities in the target villages.

  • Azim Premji Foundation Project: "Ensure Access to Rights, Entitlements, and Forest Rights Act"

The project aims to empower needy and vulnerable households across 9 villages in 2 Gram Panchayats of Hatgamharia block, West Singhbhum district, Jharkhand. By ensuring equitable access to government entitlements and implementing the provisions of the Forest Rights Act (FRA), the initiative seeks to address systemic inequalities and promote sustainable development.
