The organization adopts a ‘Chain Empowerment’ strategy to spread awareness across wider communities. This approach empowers individuals and strengthens local institutions to act as agents of change. Community-Based Institutions (CBIs) serve as key platforms for outreach and engagement.

The implementation process includes:

• Home visits to understand individual challenges and build trust

• Village meetings for collective discussion and awareness

• Awareness campaigns using street plays, posters, and discussions

• Training selected community members as ‘Master Trainers’ to lead peer education

• Collaboration with frontline workers at Panchayat, Block, and District levels for better service delivery and scheme linkage
